Liuzzi, Zannini’s secretary, charged for illicit enrichment
Carlos Liuzzi, Undersecretary of Legal and Technical of the Nation today was charged by the prosecutor Ramiro Gonzalez for alleged illicit enrichment. Liuzzi is second after Zannini in the presidential department.
On 16 April, the Second Division of the Federal Court raised a complaint that had been blocked by Norberto Oyarbide in 2012.
Finally, the Federal Court upheld an assertion of the attorney Patricio Evers, who asked to reactivate the case while Oyarbide annulled the decision.
The case, originally filed by lawyer Ricardo Monner Sans argues that Liuzzi’s heritage had increased “38 times” since 2003, when he took office.
