Atlantic Coast: Agents retain at least 500 driving licenses
Between December 27 and January 2, at least 500 driving licenses were retaining as their owners did not complete the necessary requirements to move under the existing rules at the Atlantic Coast.
In addition , 227 people were fined for altering the visibility domain to avoid being identified in controls.
However, the Buenos Aires province Chief of Cabinet reported: ” That number of licenses seized has a reduction of 50 percent compared to last year.”
The agency reported that “during the week between December 27 and January 2 officers of the Directorate of Policy and Road Safetyseized 516 driver’s licenses for serious misconduct on routes to the coast. In the same period last year the authorities had detained 1,115, twice as many this year.”
