The American artist that emerged from Disney, decided to suspend her tour in Asia and Oceania to regain her health and spend more time with her family.
She is usually one of the most dedicated and professional stars with her public, but a few days ago she surprised her fans, under the pretext that she wanted to spend more time with her family. The real reason is that she has a disease called lupus and needs a break.
Lupus is an autoimmune disease that can affect the joints, heart, liver or lungs. It is usually diagnosed after the age of 15 and can enter into periods of remission during which symptoms disappear or weaken.
According to official information, overwork have “revived” her disease, so the brunette began to experience swelling in the face, joint pain, fatigue and headaches.
“Selena was working full time in recent years and lupus is reappearing now” told an insider, adding “she knows she has to take time to care for her health and care more if she wants to live healthy life.”
