Gabriel Milito ended his career in the middle of a party

Gabriel Alejandro Milito was honored at the stadium Libertadores de America, ending his career as a professional player, saying goodbye to the club where he was born.

The crowd came early to the stadium and the party was bigger with the arrival of the protagonists of the game, around 6.45 pm on a bus guarded by the Falcon Group.

Notably absent was Lionel Messi, who finally could not take part, although he recorded a message for Milito who was seen in a video with the player’s life among stories of his close relatives.

At 8.10 pm teams entered the stadium to star tribute party, framed by strong chants of the fans.

Independent Champion of Apertura 2002 was in the field and the Marshal was the captain against the Friends of Milito, in a meeting which was led by former referee Hector Baldassi.
