Edesur admitted problems with electricity for today and December 25

Edesur admitted that tonight and tomorrow, during the celebration of Christmas, could be new outages in its concession area in Capital Federal and Greater Buenos Aires.

Through a requested published on Tuesday morning in Buenos Aires, the company ensured that ‘they’ll be working 24 hours’ to solve problems related to the lack of electricity in some areas of the metropolitan city: “We know that tonight is one of the most important of the year and against the possibility of supply disruptions, we announce that we will be working to resolve within 24 hours, both today and in the day tomorrow, December 25.”

The company also assured that in recent weeks “the increased demand for electric power reached historical levels, powered by extraordinary weather conditions”.

Given this critical situation, the distributor assured that “we have been serving users all our available resources and increased until the heat wave is exceeded, the number of staff both on the street and in the call center.”
