November inflation: For the INDEC and private consulting


The prices recorded in November increased by 0.9%, according to the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INDEC).

So far in 2013, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) racked up 9.4% from a year and registered an increase of over 10.5.

According to official statistics, the category that most increased was clothing up 2.3%, transport and communications (1%) and food and beverages (0.9%).

The November inflation rate arising from the measurements made by private consultants stood at 2.4%, the highest for that month since the hyperinflation of 90, while the annual accumulated reached 26.8%, as reported Thursday opposition MPs.
