Judge authorizes to increase Buenos Aires Subway Ticket to 3.50 pesos
The judge in the Administrative and Tax Pablo Mántaras lifted the injunction that suspended the rise of the ticket at that price, provided by the city government.
Judge Pablo Mántaras Buenos Aires on Friday ordered the lifting of the injunction suspending the subway fare increase (to 3.50 pesos) requested by the Government of Buenos Aires.
In the same resolution, the judge ordered the Government of Buenos Aires to adde to the system of special passes currently in effect, a fee or ticket office, or any other equivalent measure to establish a differential value to ensure its accessibility to highly vulnerable social sectors”.
