Garre in the OAS: ‘Journalists presented to the IACHR are corporations operators’
Argentina’s ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS) Nilda Garre defined as “corporate operators” to a group of journalists to be presented Friday at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) to question the Government.
“The mission of the journalists who are operators depending on corporations, raises a curious paradox for those who say they believe in the need to respect the institutions and the division of powers but eventually they were acting in the shadows, showing what their true convictions and real patterns are,” Garre said.
The diplomat added, “Extra! Journalists came to Washington to make the implausible claim that in Argentina are pressured, threatened and persecuted”.
“These are some of the central figures of the most important media. Every day they openly express their disagreements with the national government from the national media trying to convince outside what is effectively impossible to make by the correct way,” she added.
