Moria Casan and theft of jewels: The Moron Justice rejected her extradition to Paraguay
The Moron Justice rejected the extradition request of the actress Moria Casan to Paraguay in the case involving the theft of jewelry.
It was decided by the Federal Court 3 of Moron where Moria was presented with her lawyers Victor Stinfale and Matias Morla.
Businessman Luciano Garbellano, former representative of the star and charged in the incident, was also in the audience.
The case occurred on July 27, 2012 when Moria acted in a parade at the Convention Center of CONMEBOL in Asuncion.
Paraguayan Justice asked that “those involved traveling to Asuncion to leave a firm and well settled leave to intervene in the cause,” but the star had already arranged with businessman and jeweler Armando Benitez, out of court, after the payment of 70 thousand dollars.
Benitez complained to the prosecutor that his jewels were not returned as agreed.
