Mangeri accused the judge of having planted the DNA
Jorge Mangeri, only arrested for the crime of Angeles Rawson, accused the judge of having planted the DNA on the victim’s fingernails, and said that he was forced to incriminate himself when he testified for the first time.
The doorman returned to report that suffered harassment by police, who told him that “if he didn’t take responsiblity for the crime his wife would be in jail”.
“This case is full of irregularities. Angeles inner circle never was investigated,” Mangeri said before the judge.
Meanwhile his lawyer, Miguel Angel Pierri said, “There was no need questions because he did a detailed account of what he did the day Angeles disappeared”.
Furthermore, “he asked the judge to give him the opportunity to defend from DNA test” according Pierri. Also “he emphatically denied having contact with Angeles that day”. “It was a very tense statement,” said the lawyer.
