With his uniform, the “cartonero” Sergio Sanchez take the plane of the official delegation that traveled to Rome to witness the enthronement of Pope Francis by exclusive order of the Pontiff.

He underwent chest radiography at the airport by the suspicious eyes of the inspectors, who doubted of him because of his aspect. But yes, Sergio was part of the delegation after the General Secretariat of the President Office acceded to the request of members of Buenos Aires Church.

He is a neighbor of Villa Fiorito, cartonero and member of the Excluded Workers Movement (MTE) and the Confederation of Workers of the People’s Economy (CTEP), who participated for five consecutive years of the masses given by Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio held in the Constitution Square under the slogan “a society without slaves or excluded.”
