Scandalous: Municipal invoice is delivered with a Semitic phrase

The invoice taxes in the town of General Campos, province of Entre Rios, were given to citizens with a crude anti-Semitic phrase, to the disbelief of the whole community.

“Mke homeland. kill a Jew! Gral Campos way to Centennial PUM! RAFF “), said the phrase. Mayor Pablo Teodoro Martinez was astonished by such an absurdity.

Furthermore, Raff is the surname of the Secretary General of the Legislative Council of General Campos of Jewish ancestry.

For his part, President of the City Council, Enrique Mohr, repudiated “strongly” what happened and expressed solidarity with the family Raff and asked “apologize to the Jewish community on behalf of the body.”

Responsible

Marta Troche, the now former head of Revenue, was responsible for the outburst and issued a statement.

“I apologize for what happened, to the entire community, who is contributing to the advance of the town, I did not act in bad faith, or cause this discomfort when we are on the verge of reaching 100 years of the town, where it should be peace, union, and we should be working together. Please accept my resignation, I stated how the facts were, I request to proceed accordingly and apply all necessary procedures.”

The research yielded the fact that the controversial phrase was written after an argument of Troche, who worked 30 years in Revenue, and city council secretary, of Jewish origin.
