Police seized 15 kilos of marijuana and 7 kilos of cocaine

Today, three police operations in various places seized cocaine and marijuana that was heading towards the provinces of Entre Rios and Formosa.

The first was on National Route 12, where security forces conducted a vehicle control to a long distance bus heading to Paso de los Libres.

The trained dogs found a purse and a backpack under two seats, which were hidden in three packages with 600 chalk white substance.

Having done the test, the authorities confirmed that the substance, with a total weight of 7.8 kilos, was cocaine.

The second operation was also held on National Highway 12, access to Paso de la Patria. There, a bus passenger who was heading to the City of Corrientes was retained because they found three passengers carrying seven packages totaling 6 kilos of marijuana attached to their bodies.

The third and last operation took place at the bus station in Formosa, where the squadron 15 Gendarmerie found a box with 11 packages of marijuana, weighing a total of 9 kilos.
