The Supreme Court of Justice enables Scioli to issue compulsory conciliation

In the midst of conflict with teachers unions, the Supreme Court of Buenos Aires issued a decision that upheld the jurisdiction of the provincial Ministry of Labour to act on such complaints and have the possibility of issue compulsory conciliation.

The provincial Supreme Court settled a lawsuit initiated by the Association of Workers against the treasury of the Buenos Aires Province, questioning the intervention of the Labor Ministry.

Is that for the guild, the Ministry led by Oscar Cuartango could not participate in the joint and then if there was no agreement and the conflict raged, to be able to issue compulsory conciliation.

Thus, the Labor Ministry is legally empowered to set mandatory conciliation in conflict with the state, including teachers, who already announced a 48-hour strike crackdown and the lack of a wage agreement.
