The national government exempts the payment of employer contributions to private schools

The Government established through a decree published today in the Official Gazette exempt in the year the payment of employer contributions to private schools incorporated into formal education, in order to avoid increases in fees.
The executive said, “The suspension of payment of employer contributions governed from January 1 2013 until December 31 2013, the application of the provisions of Decree 814.”
The decree of June 20, 2001, was signed by the president Fernando De la Rua to rescind the exemptions or reductions in the rates applied to employer contributions.
The government recalled that Law 24,241 provided that: “all private employers contribute to the retirement of personnel dependent relationship, with a matching contribution of 16 percent of payroll to have remunerative establishment.”
