Cristina Kirchner thanked “monolithic” posture of the opposition on the Malvinas issue, after the referendum that took place on the islands around sovereignty.

“The Malvinas issue is a state issue,” she said while added the referendum was a parody.

In this framework, she again demanded the fulfillment of the United Nations resolutions that “Britain accepts dialogue with Argentina in the dispute over the sovereignty of that territory.”

She added that “the Falklands are not ‘Cristinistas’ nor ‘Kirchnerist’, are Argentine,” arguing that “we reaffirm once again our commitment to dialogue is the only way to achieve a solution.”

Moreover, in the presentation of “Argentina Innovative Plan 2020″, the President said that the key “is the investment of private sector as it is the sector that most money won in the last decade”.

The event was attended by Minister of Science and Technology Lino Barañao, with whom Cristina announced the most important guidelines on science, technology and innovation in the country for next years.
