A locomotive of Sarmiento train derailed in Haedo

Sarmiento A railroad locomotive derailed near Haedo station in the west of the province of Buenos Aires, no injuries have been reported.

The locomotive had not engaged any wagon, which carried no passengers at the time of the incident.

The derailment occurred 400 meters from the level crossing Pueyrredón, after leaving a workshop, about 2 pm.

As a result of this incident service operates with delays. Trains run between Once and Haedo and between Castelar and Moron. No train reaches Moreno.
