“He came ready to kill me,” said Carolina Piparo about the man who shot her

Carolina Piparo, the 9-month pregnant woman who was shot when she left a bank, declared today at the start of the trial for the death of her baby Isidro.
“He came ready to kill me. When I said “No” was to ask him not to shoot me” Piparo said, referring to the fact that she had no intention of resisting the theft.
The hearing took place in the Criminal Court II of La Plata, where the woman also said about Isidro, “All I have to remember him is a 3D ultrasound.”
And explained that the doctors did not give a good forecast and finally baby lived only a week. “I was told at the hospital that if he lived he would not be able to walk or other things, but I just wanted to take care of him.”
The seven defendants are charged with the crimes of “conspiracy, theft doubly aggravated murder in real competition with triply qualified for being committed with premeditation and with premeditated contest of two or more people and cause criminis is attempted.”
In addition, court applied “the ideal contest with triple murder qualified by treachery, by premeditated contest two or more people, and cause criminis to ensure the outcome of the crime aggravated for Isidro”.
