The Scientific Police made tests in Garcia’s car to try to reconstruct the crash that killed Rodas.
The Rodas family had already expressed about the existence of ‘eloquent evidence’ on the driver’s responsibility.
Alberto Dominguez, one of the lawyers for the victim’s family said: “It was a stroke of not less than 80 kilometers per hour. It was determined that the bicycle traveling on the shoulder almost five feet inside the line that delineates the first lane. No sign of any braking.”
