The mayor of Lomas de Zamora Martin Insaurralde praised the speech of Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, given in the opening of the legislative year.
“Her ability to lead the country gives her a tremendous difference to any other political leader,” Insaurralde said.
He also stressed, “She faces problems without fear and that is something new in the history of Argentina.”
The Mayor remarked that “before the policy used to surrender the powers like corporations, disability, complicity and fear” and instead, “Cristina proves capable to govern for the 40 million Argentines and she does not afraid of anything.”
“Cristina seriously addresses the main people’s problems to solve them immediate, and attest to the unprecedented infrastructure that is in Lomas, for inclusion programs and environmental sanitation, and simultaneously is at the forefront of society, introducing topics of debate unthinkable years ago, as the democratization of Justice,” he explained.
Insaurralde added, “Certain powers seemed naturalized, and Nestor and Cristina taught us that power must be in politics, it is the condition of possibility for people to be better every day.”
“We must follow the example of Cristina and give life for this project just and united country, which is ultimately what best we can do for all citizens and for our own children,” he concluded.
