Buenos Aires Mayor Mauricio Macri asked President Cristina Kirchner on the radio, “I have the hope that the President down a change and Friday during the opening of the regular session in Congress do not start another stage on the grounds democratization of Justice, which ultimately is a synonym of discipline to Justice”.
“Justice is an independent power that needs to act in defense of the Constitution. The Supreme Court will prevent abuses in the government incurs when making presentations outside the framework of what the Constitution requires.”
“That will not change and can not complain when 60 or 70 percent of the judges were appointed by the government.”
The head of city government considered that: “The government just wants to concentrate public power and seeks to control all those who may pose limits or other alternatives”, so asked her to “respect the division of powers.”
