One Direction tested zumba, a popular dancing

The guys are not professional dancers and Latin dance is a spectacle for them and they are struggling the most because they know that as an exercise is very good.

Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik come every morning to Zumba, a Latin dance mix of aerobic exercise as part of their training to keep fit in face to the One Direction world tour, which began yesterday in London.

The tour, which was announced at the Brit Awards in 2012, will take you through several cities in the UK, Europe, Australia and Japan. Mexico is the only Latin American country included in the list.

The band also taking spinning classes and put the brakes on nights out and parties at the request of his manager.
