Pablo Aliverti did not testify and was declared “in rebellion”

Pablo Garcia, the son of Eduardo Aliverti, had to be present to testify today by accident that involves him as offender. However, he did not submit and was declared “in rebellion”, which will remain in his criminal record.
Pablo hit and killed the private security officer Reinaldo Rodas when traveling on the Pan American highway. Witnesses said he carried his body embedded in the cockpit of his car along 17 kilometers.
The Court of the Province of Buenos Aires said through a statement that “he could be disqualified from driving” and that “his absence is as a precedent in the case.”
Other witnesses also complicated the situation of the young. According to sources, he was traveling at over 100 kilometers per hour and did not stop for almost 17 kilometers till the toll of Tortuguitas with the body of Rodas on the top of the car.
