Cellular blackout for Wednesday

Mobile phone users on Sunday summoned social networks Twitter and Facebook to a ‘blackout’ of phones for next Wednesday in protest against fees and ‘bad service’ of companies.
According to users in social networks: “The blackout is against companies Personal (Telecom), Movistar (Telefónica), Claro (owned by Mexican tycoon Carlos Slim), and Nextel,” and will be “on Wednesday at 20: 00 hours.”
The complaint from users is because “the high rates charged by companies with text messages and traded between 0.72 and 1.50 pesos depending on each company’s plan and calls at a cost of 3 pesos minutes for local calls. “Besides the lack of signal in large areas of Argentina, “in Argentina there are over 58 million phones. How are they are stolen us?”
Customers of the four companies operating in the Argentinean market proposed protest begin Wednesday and continue until several Wednesday in order government authorities respond with sanctions on companies.
