Once Tragedy: A prosecutor asked to include Mario Cirigliano among defendants to trial

Federal prosecutor Federico Delgado on Friday asked federal Judge Claudio Bonadio including the entrepreneur Mario Cirigliano in the list of 28 defendants who have already been sent to trial for the tragedy of Eleven, why today marks one year.
Judicial sources told Noticias Argentinas, “Delgado filed a brief with the judge to include Mario Cirigliano, in the list of defendants who this week were sent to trial.”
The prosecutor’s presentation was when we realized that: “in order for it to court signed by Bonadio, did not have the elevation of Mario Cirigliano although he has confirmed processing by the Federal Court on charges of manslaughter and administration havoc fraudulent”.
By signing it to court, Bonadio ordered that go to trial former secretaries of Transportation Juan Pablo Schiavi and Ricardo Jaime, among some of the former officials, and businessmen Sergio Claudio Cirigliano, head of the firm’s controlling TBA, Cometrans, but who was not from the same adviser, Mario.
Therefore, Delgado asked him: “to rectify what he considered a failure by the judge to lift the order of judgment, and by lot which was filed in the Federal Court No 1.”
