Once station Tragedy: Jugde Bonadío elevates the case to trial

After one year of Once station tragedy that killed 51 people and injured more than 800, the judge in charge of the case, Claudio Bonadio, raised it to trial.

The process will be the responsibility of the Federal Court No. 1, according to reports in the Judicial Information Center, after the draw made this morning.

Former Secretaries of Transportation’s Office, Juan Pablo Schiavi and Ricardo Jaime are among those charged by the tragedy.

Furthermore, the driver who drove the locomotive of the accident, Antonio Córdoba and the owners of the company TBA, Angel Roque and Sergio Claudio Cirigliano, also are defendants.
