Shocking video of three people being run in England

Three young men were brutally hit by a car outside a bar in the center of Manchester, England, and the time was recorded in the attached video.
One of them suffered serious head injuries that caused brain damage and even stay in the hospital. He is 28 years old and father of three children.
The incident occurred in August last year, but the images were released recently by the police in order to find the driver of the vehicle, who might have deliberately run over the young men.
