Ronaldo surprised to upload a photo on his personal Twitter account showing his new figure after losing 20 kg and get in shape thanks to the Brazilian reality ‘Certa Measure’.

The former Real Madrid weighed 120 kg when he retired from football and wanted to end this stage participating in a reality that helped him lose weight and getting back in shape.

Ronaldo said: “It was a hard sacrifice but I could get it with the help of a dietitian and a personal trainer who managed to reduce my abdomen from 107 centimeters to 94 and lower the fat percentage of 25.5% to 18%.”

The latest reality program will air on Sunday, but the player wanted to make a preview of his new figure in Twitter.
