The prosecutor appealed the release of the taxi driver that killed Leonela Noble
Argentina, February 15, 2013
Today, the prosecutor of the case Leonela Noble appealed the judge’s decision to release the driver of the car that hit and killed her because of his diabetic condition.
Thus, the prosecutor asked the taxi driver to be investigated again. Recently, the judge had declared his release after he knew the medical report indicating he had suffered a hypoglycemic coma during the accident.
Maria Paula Asaro appealed the release of driver Dario Botta and requested his arrest again.
She said “it is not yet proven that the driver suffered a hypoglycemic shock, he was driving at full speed down the avenue Santa Fe, it can be interpreted as an escape attempt to evade the action of justice.”
