The judge exempts from prison the teachers of the School “Goofy”

Guarantee Judge of San Isidro, Rafael Sal Lari, ordered, this morning, ‘the exemption from prison of the five teachers’, that were investigated for mistreating children between 45 days and three years in the school “Tribilín”.
Yesterday, the prosecutor in the case, Franco Servidio, requested the imprisonment of at least two of the teachers, Yanina Gogonza and Noelia Gallardo, but the judge Sal Lari decided not to accede to the request of the Public Prosecutor.
The investigating judge, ‘granted exemption from prison to all who have been involved in the cause: the teachers Yanina Gogonza, Noelia Gallardo, Gogonza’s mother, Graciela Di Pasquale and the two owners of the establishment, Mariana Buchniv and Noemi Nunez, informed judicial sources.
The crime they are accused of is “aggravated abandonment of person” which has a penalty of two to six years in prison, while if there was committed a serious damage to the body or health of the victim the penalty shall be between three to ten years in prison.
