“Shared Dreams” Case: Hebe de Bonafini was summoned to declare as witness

After the remand issued for brothers Pablo and Sergio Schoklender, Federal Judge Norberto Oyarbide decided to summon Hebe de Bonafini as witness in the case involving the diversion of funds from the housing plan “Shared Dreams”, ran by the Madres of Plaza de Mayo Foundation.

Thus, the holder of the Foundation was cited as a witness for 26 February.

The decision came after Oyarbide accepted the request of the prosecutor Jorge Di Lello and the defenses. The goal, according to judicial sources, is to ask how the Foundation worked and particular aspects of the case.

Moreover, Oyarbide received an order of release requested by defense attorney of Schoklender, Paul Slinimsqui.

In addition, Mercedes Melonio, vice president of the organization, was cited for March 28, while another group of members will declare on March 5.
