The taxi driver that killed Leonela Noble was released from prison

Rubén Darío Botta, the driver accused of killing Leonela Noble in Santa Fe and Montevideo streets, in the neighborhood of Recoleta, was released, according to judicial sources.
The decision was taken by the judge Alberto Baños, which benefits Botta, who remained hospitalized at Hospital Fernandez since the day of the event.
The driver’s lawyer, Marcelo Faimberg, said in statements to the press that “doctors explained that hypoglycemia can cause fainting.”
