Pablo Schoklender challenged the Federal Judge Norberto Oyarbide

Today, Pablo Schoklender, Sergio’s brother, challenged the federal judge Norberto Oyarbide. He also called the nullity of the proceedings for alleged diversion of money into the housing plan “Shared Dreams”, administered by the Foundation Mothers of Plaza de Mayo.

Pablo and Sergio Schoklender are the main suspects for alleged “conspiracy”. Therefore, he said that the judge has “lost his impartiality” and that he must “keep out of the process.”

The judge Oyarbide did not cite to testify, which was described as “scandalous” by defense attorneys. Meanwhile, Hebe de Bonafini, president of the Foundation, said that it “leads to a nullity” and that “there is no explanation in legal terms.”
