Cristina Kirchner greeted Chinese people for their New Year

Today, President Cristina Kirchner sent greetings to the Chinese people on the occasion of New Year in the Asian country. The message was recorded in her office in the Casa Rosada and was broadcasted on Youtube.

“I want to address all the people of the Republic of China and its authorities to wish them a very happy new year” the president said.

Then, in an attempt to speak Chinese, she says “Nimen Chu, Chun Dzie Kuaila” as could be seen the words written in a sign held by an assistant behind the camera in the Office.

And finally she concludes: “I do not know how it will come out, but I tried it. Happy New Year to all.”
