A witness of the Once tragedy was killed

A key witness to the tragedy of Once was shot four times in the town of Ituzaingó, Buenos Aires province. His body was found dead in a bus stop.

His name was Leandro Andrada, the motorman who drove the Sarmiento line train that crashed at Once, to station Castelar. There, it was received by Marcos Cordova, who finally drove when the train crashed, leaving 51 people dead, 800 injured.

Andrada was found at the bus stop located between the streets José María Paz and Malabia, in Ituzaingó. He was shot four times in the back and the criminals just stole his cell.

The cause being conducted by Judge Claudio Bonadio accused former secretaries of Transportation Ricardo Jaime and Juan Pablo Schiavi and other former officials who had control of railway undertakings.
