Favale, the hooligan accused of murdering Mariano Ferreyra, denied being the one who shot

In the last hearing before the allegations, the Defense and Justice hooligan Cristian Favale, who is accused of murdering Mariano Ferreyra, denied having committed the crime. He also said blamed a protected witness.
“I was there, I took a group of kids, insult and throw stones, but I did not carry weapons,” he said. He also said that he did not kill Mariano Ferreyra and that they had falsely blamed him.
Favale blamed Alejandro Benitez, a railway worker who testified under protection program of witnesses. He pointed at him as the responsible of the murder.
Despite his statements, the hooligan was identified by more than ten witnesses as the person who fired the shots that ended the life of a young member of PO on 20 October 2010.
