What time will the asteroid travel close to Earth on February 15?

NASA reported that ‘the rock of 45 meters will pass under the satellites and become the closest ever detected’.

Asteroid 2012 DA14, which was discovered in 2012 by a group of astronomers at the Observatorio de la Sagra, in Andalusia, will make its closest approach to Earth on February 15, at 13:24 ET Argentina.

At the time of closest approach, the asteroid will be in the Indian Ocean, off the coast of Sumatra.
