By resolution 28/2013 published in the Gazette today, the Ministry of the Interior and Transportation finished the management contract with the Emergency Operating Company SA (SOESA) dated June 13, 2006, announced yesterday by President Cristina Kirchner.

It instructs the Railway Infrastructure Administration State Society (ADIFSE) and the Operating Company of the State Railway Company (SOFSE) to constitute a corporation, which shall be to commercial exploitation, operation and logistics trains.

Also to care stations, maintenance of rolling stock, infrastructure and equipment and all other complementary activities and subsidiaries in national railway network consists of the General Belgrano Railway, excluding the urban section of Greater Buenos Aires.

The auditor appointed is Marcelo Mariano Bosch until the society is formed.
