“Creative Lies by Argentine friends, Maradona, Kirchner and false statistics.” Article of the newspaper Corriere della Sera, from censorship of International Monetary Fund (IMF) to Argentina, the newspaper wrote an article for the hard “lies” in our country for some time.

‘These start from the myth of Evita, at bliss during the dictatorship, the 1-1 of Menem that caused the default of here called “tango-bonds”, among others.

“Candidates in elections lie and it is known. Tell lies also various rulers, during and after the performance of their duties. Then there is the case of Argentina, where exaggerations, omissions and lies seem always a matter of state [...], a tradition that never dies. “

“As if the entire nation lies to the world. Of course it is not, as there are millions of Argentines serious and honest. Also like whipped dogs suffering-and it happens these days-for the umpteenth shame by their government.”

The Kirchner

Cristina Kirchner, as her husband did, Nestor, was cheating for years on inflation. And The Economist reminded that it refuses to publish official data, “unpublished case for democracy.”

It stresses the fight with the IMF, threatening for the first time a member to expulsion, something unlikely anyway.

“Probably nothing will happen, but how much longer can Argentina move on?”
