Councilors of the FPV of Rosario will denounce Del Sel to Justice

Following the statements of the referent of PRO, party led by Mauricio Macri, against the President Cristina Kirchner in one of his shows, councilors of the Front for the Victory of Rosario asked the prosecutor on duty to investigate whether the comedian committed some kind of crime.

The representatives of the kirchnerism of Rosario did not accept the public apology that Miguel del Sel and therefore asked the Rosario courts to investigate the statements of former MIDACHI.

This was pointed by Norma López and Roberto Sukerman, who said “he could have committed several crimes. Because when he speaks without debating ideas but using free speech to denigrate intellectual abilities, it could not be accepted”.

“His sayings express a gender hatred, violate the rights pertaining to media violence to address the overall group of women and finally assaulted women who are part of the half of the population to discuss the needs and conditions for access to the same professional qualifications which refers to sexual favors” they added.

Moreover, it should be noted that the Human Rights Secretary’s Office, Martin Fresneda, said that he has evaluated the possibility of taking the case to the National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism to denounce Del Sel.
