Pinamar: Boy remains hospitalized after clashing with his quad

After a clash of quads, an eleven year old boy remains hospitalized in a coma. The accident happened on Monday afternoon in an area of dunes of Pinamar.
Jorge Ferreiro, director of Transit of the Coastal Party, said that the incident occurred between two quads. One was driven by a minor accompanied by a mayor, while the other was being driven by the injured boy’s father.
By the time it could be known that the boy suffered a head injury with subdural hematoma, while the other three persons were seriously injured.
The wounded boy was taken to hospital in Pinamar and then referred to our hospital in Mar del Plata, which has an intensive care unit for children. He remains hospitalized.
