Martin Demichelis was at the funeral of his father

Player Martin Demichelis attended the funeral of his father, Juan Carlos Demichelis, and her partner, Mirta Tavella, who died early Thursday in a traffic accident on Highway Córdoba-Rosario, at the height of Cañada de Gómez.

The player, who traveled from Spain, where he plays for Málaga, arrived at Ezeiza Airport, from where he moved to Justiniano Posse, his hometown, to 250 kilometers southeast of Cordoba.

Martin Demichelis was accompanied by her sister Georgina, who a day earlier had returned from Spain, where she had been visiting, and both requested that the wake and funeral will be held in the greatest intimacy.

The wake was held in the hall of the Electric Service Cooperative Justiniano Posse, where friends, families and relatives of the victims were present.
