Mariano Rajoy: “I have never received or given black money”

The Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy denied on Saturday that he recovered black money bonuses as it was published these days, stating that, “I never received black money in this party or anywhere else.”

Before the PP National Executive Committee, he stated outright, “I did not come into politics to make money” and said that “if anyone thinks that I will abandon the task entrusted by the Spanish people is mistaken.”

“I have never received or distributed black money either in this party or any other party. I say it calmly. I have nothing to hide; I do not fear the truth. I did not come into politics to make money or to cheat.”

And he added: “I made more money with my profession than politics.”
