Racing champion of summer tournament in Mar del Plata

Racing was champion of the summer tournament in Mar del Plata, defeating River 2-1.

The Zubeldía team won 2-1 to Diaz team and are the champions of the summer tournament.

Racing Club, with more opportunism than football, won the Centennial Cup last night, beating River Plate by 2-1 in the Jose Maria Minella Stadium in Mar del Plata.

The Racing goals were scored at 3 minutes each time, while Ariel Rojas, 7m. the initial period, had marked the transient tie.

With this result, Racing maintains unbeaten in the summer and won the title by adding 7 points, while River was left with 6.

Meanwhile, Independent (1) and Boca Juniors (0), completing the tournament, will face tomorrow, Saturday, at 22:10 on the same stage.
