The Federal Court rejected the Government claim on La Rural nationalization

The Federal Civil and Commercial Court rejected all the claims by the Government against the injunction issued by the Court, which stopped the nationalization of Palermo fairgrounds.

The judges Graciela Medina, Francisco de las Carreras and Ricardo Guarinoni did not accept the claims by the Government after it asked the incompetence of the Court on the issue and accused all the judges.
