Mauricio Macri: “I’m working to be President”

Buenos Aires Mayor Mauricio Macri wants to fight for the Casa Rosada in 2015 stating, “I am working to be President.”

Macri again rejected the possibility of being a candidate for deputy in the elections this year and said he is “qualified to be President in 2015″ and that “is working to meet that goal.”

The mayor highlighted the group of collaborators whom he aspires to reach the presidency possibilities and said, “It may be the best team since (former President Arturo) Frondizi here”.

“I’m working to be President. We are putting together a good team. Politics needs renewal.”

Macri considered ‘illogical’ that it posits as a possible candidate for Congress for the Province of Buenos Aires by the PRO, ahead of parliamentary elections this year.

He highlighted his achievements as head of the City and considered it “may be a good alternative to face Kirchnerism in 2015″, “But I have three years of a steep learning curve.”
