The guild leader of private tankers, Guillermo Pereyra, said Sunday that the group La Campora Kirchner tried to take control of the oil company YPF, although the strength of its head Miguel Gallucio did not allowed.

Pereyra, currently number two in the Azopardo CGT of Hugo Moyano who resigned YPF directory within the past two weeks, said there was internal war at the oil company to see who was in charge of it.

“La Campora is a group and does not have to participate in YPF. There was an attempt (to enter), but the strength of the company head (Miguel) Galuccio did not let them in,” said the union leader.

“From the beginning, things will be put in place. In every company there is a strong state involvement La Campora. In YPF wanted to but could not,” he added.
