Riquelme reached an economic agreement with Palmeiras in Brazil

Juan Roman Riquelme reached an economic agreement with Palmeiras in Brazil and could be announced next Monday as the new reinforcement of the team, announced today the club president Arnaldo Tirone.
“The problem is not economic, it is agreed. Now lack the formal but is all geared for that next week, probably on Monday, we signed a preliminary agreement,” Tirone said.
In Sao Pablo, according to the Brazilian newspaper Lance, the club had offered first some 420,000 real to Riquelme per month (equivalent to just over a million dollars), but the offer was pulled at the request of the employer who represents the former Boca player and the club accepted.
In addition, a document was drafted today among members of the legal department of Palmeiras and a lawyer hired by Riquelme. This document will be sent to the player and his representative, Daniel Bolotnicoff, to see if they agree with all conditions.
