Scandal in Bolivia: Evo Morales congressman abusing a woman in the Regional Assembly [video]

Bolivia is in the middle of a scandal after the release of a video of an alleged sexual abuse by a congressman belonging to the party of President Evo Morales, against a cleaning woman in full Regional Assembly.

The opposition denounced the facts after images, occurred on December 20 during a party on campus, attended by regional congressman of Chuquisaca department and employees of the Legislature.

The abused woman is apparently drunk and barely conscious when Domingo Alcibia, a member of the Movement Toward Socialism (MAS) party of President Evo Morales, abused her.

The Attorney General of Bolivia, Ramiro Guerrero, called for an investigation to determine what really happened that night. President Morales called for the resignation of those involved.
