The Chief of staff to impugn the decision of the court regarding La Rural fairgrounds

This Wednesday, the Chief of staff to impugn the decision of the court which gave rise to an injunction presented by the Argentina Rural society (SRA), slowing the recovery by the State of the fairground in Palermo.

The Government will ask a more “natural court”. Days ago the Minister of Justice, Julio Alak, stated that: “the Government would question the decision of the Court because it violates two aspects, equality before the law and the principle of balance of powers”.

And that: “the camera is incompetent in this case, because when the property was sold, established that the economic differences that could arise from the sale were competence of civil and commercial jurisdiction, but what is discussed here is the validity of a decree of the President of the nation and natural immunity is the administrative contentious jurisdiction”.

“A family or a worker who fails to pay a good, is evicted by the justice or is removed the good, on the other hand when it comes to a powerful Rural society as an economic Corporation, is different”.
